  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the continental U.S.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • International shipping may be offered in the future; any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Smoke11 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the carrier.

  • If an item is lost or damaged in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos of packaging and item). We will review claims in accordance with New York State consumer protection laws and federal guidelines.
